How to get rid of Crawler Parental Control?

My parents has made me really furious and frustrated now that they had someone install Crawler Parental Control onto my PC. Are there ANY ways of removing it with it installed? I don't have the "run" option or a control panel either.

2. well if its your pc...just back up all yall shit to a cd and reformat the pc....if you dont have the windows xp cd download it as a torrent from torrentz.com
